Six Flags

Okay, so, those of you who know me, know that I typically win stuff. Yeah, I do. And last week I was the 12th caller to a local radio station (Y-98) and I won four tickets to Six Flags. Let me say first that, when I called - and because I was more or less channel surfing when they made the announcement to call - I didn't know for sure what I won, all I really heard was to be the 12th caller and win Six Flags tickets. So, I called over and over and, finally, it rang. I thought, "Oh, they probably got a winner already." And then I thought, "Hey, I could be the winner!". Sure enough, I was. I won four tickets to Six Flags for tomorrow AND we are going to be the first to ride on the new Evel Kneivel Roller Coaster (which opens to the public on Friday). There is supposed to be some "opening ceremony" and all the fools who won tickets get to be the first to ride. I went to the Six Flags website to see what this ride is like and, I'm telling you now, I really don't know how I can get on it. I'm scared of the Screamin' Eagle - that is a wooden roller coaster and a thousand years old; and I haven't had the guts to even get on The Boss - which is another wooden roller coaster but only a few years old. Now, there is this bigger & better (supposedly) wooden roller coaster that I'm supposed to ride. I will definitely share my experience with this .... one way or the other.
